Think of an art collective where different artists work together on a mural to create something grand and beautiful together. In this project, none of the artists lose their own distinctive flavour. Instead, their individual styles add to the beauty of the finished product.
In terms of career opportunities, this is about the ability to work well with others in a collaborative setting. As they say, team work makes the dream work. And you know, being someone who is easy to work with is a vastly under-rated skill.
It can also represent a year where you are given the opportunity to create positive relationships at work – with your team members, colleagues, bosses, staff, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders of your career. It’s about harnessing their goodwill and willingness to cooperate with you to further your career.
ALLIANCE HEXAGRAM FOR BUSINESS
But when it comes to interpreting the Alliance hexagram for business, we must first ask why you need the alliance in the first place? Could it be an alliance to penetrate a new business or market?
