Ms. Jia’s entrepreneurial journey has been relatively smooth sailing thus far. But an unforeseen obstacle lurks just around the corner. Just when everything seemed to be going well, a hurdle presents itself as Ms. Jia encounters issues with product delivery. Unfortunately, this setback coincides with a union workers’ strike. It’s a moment of frustration and concern as she tries to navigate this unforeseen obstacle. In this story, this unexpected challenge marks the Destruction Day phase of the process.

DESTRUCTION DAY

Of the 12 Day Officers, the energies of a Destruction Day is the most destructive (no puns intended). It’s the step in the process that brings unexpected problems and challenges, seemingly following Murphy’s Law: if something can go wrong, it will. However, it’s important to recognize that a Destruction Day phase serves a purpose. It symbolizes the final test before a breakthrough, the ultimate make-or-break moment. How you react to this critical juncture will determine whether you sink or swim.

WHAT ARE DESTRUCTION DAYS GOOD FOR?

Given its volatile energy, Destruction Days are not very auspicious for most action-taking activities. Instead, it tends to be more passive in nature that puts you in hyper-defensive mode. Typically, it is not advised for most activities apart from:

Demolition works
Dieting or ending certain bad habits
Self reflection

WHAT ARE DESTRUCTION DAYS NOT SUITABLE FOR?

Destruction Days are not suitable for any and all major decisions and life events, including but not limited to:

Getting married or engaged
Launching a new business
Embarking on a trip
Signing contracts or legal agreements
Resignations
Ending a relationship

12 DAY OFFICERS AND THE 10 GODS

Usage of the 12 Day Officers become even more targeted if you can layer in the Bazi 10 Gods into the energy imprint. Yes, you will need some rudimentary Bazi knowledge. At the very least, you must know if a day is a Companion, Output, Wealth, Influence or Resource Day based on your Day Master.

Here are some suggestions for the Full Day and the 10 Gods:

DESTRUCTION DAY + COMPANION (Friend or Rob Wealth)

Self-reflection
Dig deep to find the strength to push through any obstacles
Support others who are going through tough times

DESTRUCTION DAY + OUTPUT (Eating God or Hurting Officer)

Push through your own creative blocks. Be very careful with your words on a Destruction Day as the blowback may be more than you expect.

DESTRUCTION DAY + WEALTH (Direct Wealth or Indirect Wealth)

None. A Destruction Day that represents energy attacking inwards, is not compatible with the outward push of a Wealth Day. Not recommended to use together.

DESTRUCTION DAY + INFLUENCE (Direct Officer or 7 Killings)

Fire fighting
Demolition works

DESTRUCTION DAY + RESOURCE (Direct Resource or Indirect Resource)

Dieting, ending bad eating habits or any bad habits for that matter
