Of late, I noticed a lot of traffic into my little blog specifically looking for information regarding the 10 Qimen Deities. I know this is because the JY Mastery Academy has recently been launched (which is a great programme, by the way)… and I’m more than pleased if my writings can shed some insight in any way. I’d like to share a fun idea to quickly get connected with the deities. I call it… A Qimen Deity A Day.
Basically, this idea revolves around the premise of ‘if you don’t use it, you lose it’. So if this idea resonates with you, I think it will add some fun and variety into your day while at the same time, deepening your connection with the 10 Deities or frequencies.
Before We Go Any Further, I Am Talking About Your Subconscious
For the benefit of those who may not have been exposed to QMDJ, allow me a couple of sentences to explain. Qi Men Dun Jia is the Art of War. It is a tool designed for strategy and tactics (forecasting and execution). However, there is a spiritual side to Qi Men Dun Jia which believes that we are, each of us, naturally connected to one of ten universal energies.
The ten QMDJ deities are basically ten different manifestations of the universal energy. They are neither demons nor angels. Like all energy forms, they are neutral. In fact, the act of connecting to the ‘deities’ is actually tuning our own energy into that particular frequency. It is yours to command. It doesn’t rule you.
A Qimen Deity A Day
This is not a challenge. Merely a suggestion or idea to share with everyone. If you find it beneficial, feel free to practice this as long as you want… forever, even!
Step 1: You can do this either first thing in the morning as you prepare to start your day, or last thing at night to prime your subconscious mind for the next day’s task. Either way, find a quiet spot where you can review your day and maybe do a brain dump for the next day’s task.
Step 2: Plot the Qimen Day Chart. If you cannot access the Day Chart, then just use the Hourly Chart.
Step 3: In the Day or Hour Chart, find out which deity is in your Destiny Palace. In the example below, I’ve used the Hour Chart readily available at: https://qmatools.masteryacademy.com/Account/Login.aspx
Also in the example, the Destiny Palace is located in the East. Note that the 9 Earth is in the East at the time of plotting.

Step 4: Issue a command that aligns with the abilities of each Deity (suggestions in the next segment)
Step 5: As you go about your day, make the conscious efforts to also align your thoughts or actions to what you have commanded. This conscious effort during the day is how you can get more connected to each frequency.

| CHIEF | Ask for positive energy for yourself and everyone around you. | Make the conscious effort to radiate positive energy throughout the day. |
| 9 HEAVENS | Command for the one thing to happen that will bring your envisioned future one step closer to you. | Make time to create a vision board. |
| 9 EARTH | Command for access to resources throughout the day. | Make the conscious effort to be resourceful. |
| MOON | Command for knowledge or information that will solve an immediate problem. | Pay close attention to the information that comes to you throughout the day. Be aware of the type of information you are receiving. |
| 6 HARMONY | Command that every person who crosses your path that day is a nobleman to you. | Get curious about people. Make the effort to establish a connection with them. |
| BLACK TORTOISE | Command for the power to understand the motivations of the people around you. | Make the conscious effort to practice deep listening for one day. Listen for understanding, not to formulate a response. |
| WHITE TIGER | Command for energy, motivation and deep focus. | Set time aside to tackle the tough tasks. |
| RED PHOENIX | Command for the power of speech. | Make the conscious effort to change negative words (like problems) into positive words (like opportunity). |
| SURGING SNAKE | Command to enhance your observational skills. | Practice being present and practice being observant in everything you do. |
| GRAPPLING HOOK | Command to infuse every small win of the day into your memory. | Pay attention to the small wins. How it feels, how it pans out. Ingrain those feelings into your memory. |
Reminders
For beginners, do keep your commands small and within the realm of possibility. This is about stacking the small wins and gaining confidence as you progress.
Also, be specific! It’s like asking a friend to go to the coffee shop on your behalf, and neglecting to tell your friend if you prefer your coffee hot or cold!
And most of all, have fun in the process!
