2022 JI EARTH: TIME TO BE FRUITFUL

It’s a little different from my previous post about 2022 and the Ding Fire Day Master where authority is gained based on what you know. For the Ji Earth Day Master, this authority is conferred based on what you can deliver.
With your Office star (2) in a mutually-producing relationship with your Resource (3), your experience and wisdom also comes into play. To simplify: you work, you lead, you learn.
Finally, your Wu Earth Companion star (4) brings focus and discipline. The Ji Earth Day Master typically has a tendency to scatter your energy too wide. Kind and giving, you frequently take on too much, a trait that could be detrimental to your own progress. 2022 JI EARTH: SHEER HARD WORK MAY NOT BE ENOUGH
But there’s something missing in the picture. To be even more productive, the land needs to be toiled. This is where you need to play your part.
Working quietly in the background will definitely be counter-productive. Suffering in silence is so over-rated. Instead, learn the art of gaining and keeping attention. Learn to sell your skills. Speak up. Share your knowledge. And perhaps most importantly, learn to ask for what you need. Vocalize your needs for support to further your goals.
