Think of an art collective where different artists work together on a mural to create something grand and beautiful together. In this project, none of the artists lose their own distinctive flavour. In terms of career opportunities, this is about the ability to work well with others in a collaborative setting. As they say, team work makes the dream work. And you know, being someone who is easy to work with is a vastly under-rated skill.
